SelfMastery was founded by DeWayne and Rosa Thomas, a distinguished husband-and-wife duo devoted to cultivating excellence, expansion, and intentional living at the highest level.

DeWayne Thomas is a retired U.S. Navy Lieutenant Commander with 28 years of honorable service, where he refined elite leadership, operational precision, and strategic execution in high-stakes environments. He now serves as a Senior Logistics Engineer, bringing disciplined systems thinking and leadership excellence into every arena he touches. Beyond his professional career, DeWayne is a PADI Certified Open Water Scuba Instructor and an accomplished Subaquatic Visual Arts Specialist, known for his exceptional underwater photography. His work captures the rare intersection of technical mastery, patience, and artistic vision — revealing unseen worlds beneath the surface with striking clarity and depth. This discipline mirrors his leadership philosophy: calm under pressure, mastery of environment, and excellence in execution.

Rosa Thomas is the Founder and CEO of SOAR Ministries and Transitional Services, Inc., a Certified Professional Life and Business Coach, and a Commercial Mortgage Broker, offering members rare access to both transformational inner development and advanced financial strategy. As a published author and the creator of The Revelation Consciousness Method™, Rosa guides individuals through deep inner healing to unlock abundance, expand consciousness, and dissolve conditioned limitations. Her life-coaching work empowers members to align identity, purpose, and prosperity from the inside out.​ On the business front, Rosa delivers high-level coaching programs in Real Estate Investing and Stock Trading & Investing, equipping members with strategic frameworks for sustainable wealth, legacy creation, and financial sovereignty.
